Our executive office is made up of a president and eight executive officers elected by the Board of Directors, with term of office of up to two years, with maximum three consecutive reelections being permitted.

Magda Chambriard has a master's degree in Chemical Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ (1989) and Civil Engineering from UFRJ (1979), with a specialist degree in Reservoir Engineering and Formation Assessment and a specialization in Oil and Gas Production from Petrobras University. She completed several courses other than those related to oil and gas production, including Management Development in Production Engineering, Negotiation of Exploration and Production Contracts, Qualification in Negotiation in the Oil Industry, Risk Management, Accounting, Management, Leadership, and Development for Board of Directors.
She started her career at Petrobras in 1980, always working in the Production area, where she accumulated knowledge on all production areas in Brazil.
She became head of ANP’s Directory in 2008, and head of the Director General Office in 2012, having led the creation of the Security and Environment Superintendency and the Information Technology Superintendency, in addition to overseeing the work related to studies and preparation for contracts and bidding notices, technical studies that culminated in the first pre-salt bidding process, as well as traditional bidding processes under the concession regime.
She started her career at Petrobras in 1980, always working in the Production area, where she accumulated knowledge on all production areas in Brazil.

Clarice Coppetti has a degree in Accounting Sciences and Economic Sciences and a postgraduate degree in Strategic Management of Information Technology by FGV. She was the Commercial Director for Companhia de Processamento de Dados do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul, PROCERGS, Vice-President of Information Technology at Caixa Econômica Federal. She was also Director of Operations and Services of the Olympic Public Authority, APO, and Director of Institutional Relations, accumulating the position of Financial Director of company NORTE ENERGIA S/A. She was also a Full Board Member of the Audit Committee of CAIXA Econômica Federal, a Full Board Member of the Risk Committee of CAIXA; President of the Information Technology Committee of CAIXA Econômica Federal. She was also part as full board member of the Resolution Board and the Fiscal Board of Fundação dos Economiários Federais, FUNCEF. She was a full board member of the Board of Directors of CAIXA Capitalização S/A and an alternate board member of the Fiscal Board of CAIXA Consórcios S/A.

Renata Baruzzi has a degree in Mathematics from the State University of Campinas (Unicamp), a specialization in Strategic Technology Management from COPPE/NCE and in Business Administration from IBMEC, as well as several extension courses abroad, including the Advaced Management Program (AMP) at Harvard Business School. She joined Petrobras 38 years ago and worked at the Cubatão Refinery (RPBC) and Paulínia Refinery (REPLAN) during the company’s first 8 years. She began her management career in 2001 in HR, then moved to Engineering, where she worked at all management levels for 12 years, becoming Executive Manager of ETM-CORP (Engineering, Technology and Materials – Corporate) in 2012. She has international experience, where she served as Corporate Manager at Petrobras America Inc (Houston, TX) from 2015 to 2019. He was currently managing the Integrated Logistics Management area.

Claudio Romeo Schlosser is a chemical engineer with a degree from the Federal University of Santa Maria and an attorney with a degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Petrópolis – RJ. He holds a MBA in Finance from FGV and Management from INSTEAD and Fundação Dom Cabral, in addition an Executive MBA from Rice University, Houston. He joined Petrobras in 1987 as Petroleum Processing Engineer. He has over 35 years of experience in several areas of processing, commercialization and logistics of petroleum and its byproducts. Among the many positions he has held, he was General Manager of Refinery Henrique Lage (REVAP) and Refinery Landulpho Alves (RLAM), Manager and Director of Fábrica Carioca de Catalisadores, Vice-President of Petrobras America and Executive Manager for Refining, Petrochemicals and Fertilizers of Petrobras, heading 13 refineries, an industrial schist plant and petrochemical complexes and fertilizer factories of Petrobras.

Since 2023 special advisor to the CEO of Petrobras, Sylvia Maria Couto dos Anjos has a degree in Geology from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), a master’s degree in Geology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a PhD from the same university. A retired Petrobras geologist, she has more than 42 years’ experience in the E&P area, having held various managerial positions throughout her career at the company, with special emphasis on the roles at Cenpes, in the General Exploration Management, as General Manager of Technologies for the Libra Asset. She also worked on the “Competitive Gas & Energy” program, preparing Petrobras for the new competitive scenario for natural gas in Brazil. She has supervised numerous master’s and doctoral theses, with dozens of national and international publications. Member and co-founder of IBP’s Diversity Committee since 2018. She was president for two terms of the Brazilian Association of Petroleum Geologists – ABGP and also vice-president of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists – AAPG Latin America.

Mário Vinícius Claussen Spinelli holds a PhD in Public Administration and Government from the School of Business Administration of São Paulo of Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV-SP) and a master’s degree in Public Management from João Pinheiro Foundation (FJP-MG). He has worked as Regulatory Compliance Director at company Protiviti-ICTS (since 2002). He was the General Ombudsman for Petrobras for two terms of office (2016-2021), General Controller of the State of Minas Gerais (2015), First General Controller of the Municipality of São Paulo (2013-2014), Secretary for Anti-Corruption and Strategic Information of the CGU (2010-2013), Board Member of Coaf (2010-2013), Technical Advisor of the Chief Minister of CGU (2008-2009), Member of the Ethics Commission of CGU (2008-2009) and Manager of the Executive Anti-Corruption Office of CGU (2007). He has been a career auditor at CGU (Federal Auditor for Finance and Control) since 2001. He was an Expert Auditor under public tender for the Court of Accounts of the State of Minas Gerais (1999-2001). He has also worked as member of the Fiscal Board of companies Transmissora Aliança de Energia Elétrica S/A, São Paulo Turismo S/A and Companhia São Paulo de Desenvolvimento e Mobilização de Ativos S/A. He was the Brazilian representative for the Anti-Corruption Group of Countries of G20 (2010). He worked in the drafting of the Information Access Law and the Anti-Corruption Law, among other legal initiatives.

Mauricio Tolmasquim was Executive Manager for Strategy and Planning and Petrobras. He has recently retired from the position of Titular Professor at the Energy Planning Program of the Graduate program in Engineering (COPPE/UFRJ). He was the President of Empresa de Pesquisa Energética (EPE) for over 11 years, coordinating studies destined to subsidize the planning of the energy section, encompassing electrical power, petroleum and natural gas, and its byproducts and biofuel. Under his management, Brazil launched 37 successful energy auctions, contracting 92GW of new capacity for electricity generation. He led the study that supports Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs) of Brazil, which were submitted to UNFCCC in 2015 and coordinated the studies that subsidized the drafting of a new regulatory framework for pre-salt.
He was Executive Secretary and Interim Minister for the Mines and Energy Ministry for close to two and half years, and he was responsible for coordinating the work group that designed the regulatory framework for the electrical sector, which has been in force since 2004. He was visiting researcher at the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), and the Electricity Policy Group at Harvard Kennedy School. Due to the renewable energy auctions implemented in Brazil and adopted by several countries in Latin America, he was elected by Latin Trade Magazine as one of the 25 people who changed Latin America in the last quarter of century. He was honored by Itamaraty as Great Officer of the Order of Rio Branco, which recognizes meritorious service and civic virtues.

Fernando Melgarejo has a degree in Economics from the União Educacional de Brasília (UNEB), a postgraduate degree in International Business from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and a master's degree in Business Economics from the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB). He has 37 years in the Banco do Brasil S/A conglomerate, of which he dedicated about 30 years to the financial area, where he was Executive Manager in the Finance and Investor Relations Directorate of Banco do Brasil in the Structuring and Financial Analysis area. He has been Director of Participations at Previ since 2022, where he was also the Statutory Technically Qualified Administrator (AETQ) in 2023. He is currently a Board Member and a member of the Audit Committee of Neoenergia, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Litel Group, and a Trustee of the Banco do Brasil Foundation.

William França da Silva holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ). He holds an MBA in Business Management (COPPEAD/UFRJ) and a degree in Strategic Management and Value Chain (INSTEAD/France). He started his career at Petrobras as processing engineer, in 1988, in Refinery Duque de Caxias/RJ (Reduc). His professional experience includes working as assets manager of Refinery Guillermo Bell/Bolívia and general manager of refineries: RPBC/Cubatão-SP; REGAP/Betim-MG; RLAM/Mataripe-BA; and REDUC/Duque de Caxias-RJ. He was also executive manager and director of Transpetro and Transpetro Internacional.
