Extended leave and reduced burden for mothers and fathers

We go beyond the 120 days of maternity leave, offering an additional 60 days of extension. Breastfeeding mothers also have a workday reduced by up to 2 hours during the child's first year of life. As for fathers, we offer 3x more than what is required for paternity leave.
